Events
At Central Health, our mission is to help people in our community stay active, mobile, and independent at every stage of life.
As part of that commitment, we proudly partner with the L.E. Phillips Senior Center to provide free quarterly educational health seminars open to the public.
These events are designed to give practical, easy-to-understand guidance that adults and seniors can use right away to improve their health and quality of life.
What You’ll Learn at Our Free Seminars
Each workshop focuses on real-world solutions for common conditions affecting mobility, comfort, and independence, including:
- Peripheral neuropathy: ways to manage symptoms, improve circulation, and protect nerve health
- Balance and fall prevention: simple strategies to feel steadier and more confident walking
- Chronic knee pain: non-invasive options to reduce pain and improve movement
- Structural chiropractic care: restoring alignment to support long-term function and mobility
Our goal is always education first—so you can make informed decisions about your health.
